SS Latvian group(collar tabs, shield, EK2) opinions needed

need opinions about this latvian group, seller says that all these items are original and belonged to one latvian soldier, just i'm not sure and need Your opinions about this group.

Looks like a nice shield, roughly removed, and other original artifacts. The collar tab set look like replicas. Which means the group is put together.

The dual-rune metal piece with the skull is not like anything I've seen before in original groupings, and I can't comment on that.
