Officer's sleeve eagle in silver bullion

Hello all,

Any thoughts on this one and the RZM pattern bird? It is not an enlisted pattern I have seen a lot of but the Officer's eagle looks like it is of good quality. I think these are OK but I would appreciate a confirmation.
