SS Cufftitle ID

Got this original portrait in a lot of SS Officer who served in Dachau lager
Any ideas what this cufftitle might be? Very hard to read..

SS-Ärztliche Akademie??

Could it be " SS-Artzliche Akademie"?
(SS medical Academy?)

Not sure if his piping is cornflower blue though (but its not the common infantry white either) and no medical cypher
and he has an infantry assault badge...Still a possibility without cypher...but the school was not in Dachau...
It was in Berlin but moved to Graz (Austria) in 1940...

To me aswell. With the 'o' very close to the 'P' so that it looks like a 'A'.

Here is a Pioniersturmbann.
Just doesn't look like it.
(I was leaning towards SS-Hauptamt, with a fold in the sleeve bringing the top of the 'H' together but that one doesn't use the runics. The plot thickens!)
