I'm translating an article for the Italian militaria magazine Uniformi on the TK and I need a help...

The title is the 3. SS PANZER REGIMENT « TOTENKOPF »

It is not more correct the 3. SS PANZER DIVISION « TOTENKOPF »?

Hi Frank, the Armoured Regiment of the 'Totenkopf' Division was SS Panzer Regiment 3.

'Totenkopf' didn't become a full Panzer Division until October 1943
