IMO both tabs looks good, but your opinion is welcome here.

Whats up with its jaw? Is it common among officer collar tabs? I think it looks funny, but Im not a expert.

I think he got punched in Fight Club, dislocated jaw. That's why it also mushed up his nasal cavity.
