They look like awfully ugly fake from the first sight but after the second look it looks like it might be because they went through some sort of heavy chemical cleaning.. but I still think they are just awfully ugly fake

WOW. If you are even considering those better do some research on insignia before going into the minefield of collecting.

Hi, I was offered them. I am not intending to collect SS Insignia as its a hot bed for fakes and arguments. Takes the fun out f it for me. But I was getting something like that cheap and if the forum members said it was real then I would have bought them.
