A couple of cross straps

Hello anyone know much about cross straps?

I've got a couple of black cross straps here. Now the first one I have had for a number of years and speaks for itself, it is SS stamped on the leather and on all the fittings and I believe there is no problem of originality on it.

Now the second one I don't know about. It is profusely stamped though for what I don't know. seems to be 1938? but the stamping, police maybe?

Not sure what the second strap stamping means.
The first one looks OK to me.
All straps I found from the SS got also SS RZM marks on every metal clip and the H fitting.

second has RAD markings...same markings were on rad em belts i have seen
