Flemish SS Collar Tabs

Hi guys,

Just looking for some opinions on these collar tabs. I am told by the owner that they are Flemish SS. Is this something that can be ascertained from the tabs? What are your opinions on authenticity? And if genuine, what would be an average value?

Can I please get some more information including rank etc?
