Just non standard IMO...have seen a few similar to this threw the years..piled one lsomewhat like this and an SS em visor out of Ohio about 20 years ago...

Thanks guys for commenting. I agree with you Billbert. Not standard issue but an untouched original piece. Foreign made, maybe French I believe.
