Came out of a collection. How much is it worth? Is it good? Any help is appreciated thanks.

It's an original ok...can't help you with values.
It would originally have had a larger suspension loop passing through the small eyelet to facilitate a piece of cornflower blue ribbon, but it is quite common to find these without said loop, which I assume could have been removed to allow the mounting of the miniature on a lapel chain, or button.Comment
