Zinc 1/52 TK with wire prongs

I am used to seeing these with flat prongs - has anyone seen an original example of these skulls with wire prongs?

No Robert, never seen it before or it was a restored one.
And this is not a type made by Deschler.
This is a fake skull imo. Just compare the shape of the skull with known original Deschlerskulls. There are plenty of them on the internet.

Thanks for the response. Besides the pins, there are fine details that are different - I just didn't know if they had another set of later war dies.

I only saw one design M1/52 of Deschler ever. CupAl, zink or aluminium.
But all the same design.

Yes, I have them in all three types. Some of the features did not line up, hence my question. I'm always up for learning something I don't know - I am constantly learning about insignia variations, and was wondering if this could be one of them.

Sounds like this one is a replica though, and I appreciate the fast response.
