It could be anything ...
For me its a standard RZM black cross-strap

David is correct. Being RZM marked, it is a political organization. Since it is black, it probably isn't political leader or SA. Beyond that, who knows?

without the belt loops its a tough sell.About 125-170 $ pebbled is nice as this type of cross strap is worn with mostly tunics, with the belt loops 200 plus range.BTW it could be for NSKK,NSFK,DAF,Red cross,SS could use it just not SS marked and a few other political branches..very common to find thses without the belt straps which is unfortunate,as its also common to find belts without teh belt straps too! Many used for daggers or equipment displays and are lost to their cross straps like this.

IMO $100.00 to $125.00. If the leather wasn't marked, the price would be lower.
