Waffen SS camo cap for opinions.

Hi Gents,

I'd like to ask you about your opinions of this camo cap.
Is it an original item?
I think, that cap is good, but there are a few things that make my doubts..
First one is stitching under visor.

Sure looks good, but on the other hand not very difficult to fake, if you have the right stuff to work with and you know what you are doing. A got-to-have-it-in-the-hand-piece.

From the pictures I would say original cloth but recently made. Not for my collection.

I'm very concerned of stitchings and thread itself. Also, this double stitching under visor looks really strange for me. I had a few original camo caps in my hands and never seen such stitching. Fabric is nice and I think, with no doubts original.

Sorry but it NOT a real one.

Its all as usual........ in the sewing and thread and these are off on this.

The cap is made from REAL fabric and has a great look to it though.

Wrong measurements, the sweatband seems imitate original construction. Does not look great to me, even to reenactment

But price of this cap is, as dealer says, some 2500$ and he truly believes that cap is with no doubts original. I believe, it is not.
