That's right. Some earlier Deschlers had the pins soldered straight into the back of the skull, but never bent over as on this one IMO.

P.S Pins sometimes were sttached( soldered straight) also this way on orginal late Deschlers .
Here is mine skull orginal Deschler wchitch I posted here couple times Skull on this pics is before cleaning of course not from patina.
As Alu made Assman skull is knowing in four examples this exactly Deschler is know only in one example. This way is priceless.....
