        It's Johannes-Rudolf Mühlenkamp - he was commander of the Wiking Division for a few months.

                        This ribbon bar comes from the state of Muhlenkamp.
                        Also in the vol 1 of his biogarphy there are 3 photos wearing this ribbon bar.
