Ground dug Pip SS?

Hello I'm new on this forum, so excuse me when I'put things in the wrong category.
I've found a nice litle pip in the Arnhem area.

Is it SS or not? It has the typical SS niple and it is marked.

Yes, the early pips with the rounded "dome" or "nipple" are RZM marked and are original. Considering where it was found it must be SS

I think that isn't an ( early ) RZM marking , but rather an SS contract number for 1942 (3?) . Never seen one before , quite interesting to see they kept the same design ..

Thank you all! What I already thought turns out to be correct. I'm quite happy with it. This one gets a place in the cabinet.
Does anyone have a picture from the backside of a pip not coming out of the ground? So I can compare it.

The ones that I have seen are early manufacture , I think that I have a loose one. I'll look tomorrow

I am sorry but I do not have a loose one any more. The ones that I have seen also have the RZM logo marking.
I will add a photos of domed pips being used on a SS collar tab, they are mounted on a screw back tab and can't be removed.
