it is ukrain ss volounteer sleeve shield but i dont know if is original

Some people consider them as post war copies due to the fact that they are made from Perlon (that is they melt). I personally got few of such shields form a vet and inclined to believe them to be ok. Perlon was used by Germans since 1942 and there are other war time insignia that also melt. This variant is not expensive - 60-120 $ and shows up all the time, so its really up to you.

I'm no expert on these - as originals are very rare and hard to come by.
