Flat wire cuffs were done in Gothic with the runes,
not so sure about Bullion.
The shape of the runes are a bit off.
Good clear photos(reverse side also) would help with the determination

Can't comment on Gothic vs Runic w/r to the title, but the runes in the CT in question seem a little rough to be original, IMO.

Bullion cufftitles exist with both runes and with normal SS, but the cufftitle starting this thread is not original. IMO.
