        It was expensive but unique.

          Hi Wisches
I did look at this for some time,I did notice your point.I checked a few sites for images of panzer wraps most wraps i found had one word on the cuff like Nordland or Wiking the wording seemed central on the cuff, but the Gotz von berlichingen has more wording than most.
There isn't any sleeve lining and dosent apear to have been.
          Cheers
          Dave.

Indeed it is. I'd rather buy one item like this for the year than several other lesser items.

                    Dave,
certainly a nice well worn cuff band, 'cut offs' do command a higher price and I must admit my collecting preference.
i am often sceptical with some 'cut offs' and was concerned about the cuff itself, a hands on inspection is needed and i'm sure you gave it a good check over....
                    regards

Chrischa that's just how i was looking at it.Unfortunatly with trying to build a cut off collection i will probably be facing high prices.I suppose the good thing with them not coming up for sale regular,It gives me time to put some money away for the next.

                      Cheers
                      Dave.

Some cut off's speak to you at first sight and some do have to be viewed with some sceptism,I don't think my photography skills help any,I did find taking pics of black material much harder than with field grey.
                        Cheers

                          agree,
and quite well worn material too, so as long as nice 'unworn' nap to cloth under band, nice score

                            Hi Wisches
There is a split in the band just in front of the word Gotz I had already taken a picture of the sleeve area under the band. It's not the best quality pic but there is plenty of unworn nap visable.
                            Cheers
                            Dave.

just what you want to see, well done..
must admit, I thought the split was the beginning of the start of the band to the cuff which also gave me concern, my poor tired old eyes
                              well done mate
