Runes are definitely removed

Agreed runes removed, would be very interesting to know if this was done after war for obvious reasons or before the end for other reasons. Maybe reassigned to non SS unit as a war reporter?

The way the text is positioned it indeed looks like the runes were meant to be here, but if they were removed how come there is no evidence of the runes in that there is no disturbance to the underlying fabric?

And now i think i have the answear for the removed SS - letters.
End of last week i get the rest from this person, but only two letters but there is the Feldpostnumber:

The Cufftittle include the Papers witch cam with the Cuff are now together in the actually Ratisbons auctuion
