The tunic itself looks OK to me, and the traces after insignias, too. Not the most common kind of tunic to be seen with insignias, but today we know, that almost everything was possible.

Just my opinion but I don't think that the traces of insignia are original. Outline of the eagle and cuff title is too heavy and unnatural. Also the the HBT material should be nice and clean and unfaded in places of "removed" insignia. I would pass on it if I were you.

BTW this tunic has already been discussed recently. I did not comment on it before because I simply did not want to argue with others who liked it
