This is a newer reproduction that I have pointed out here several times before. I bought one for study a few years ago and there are several variations of the reverse side of these eagles. They have improved the back side of these which have the three nail prongs, (This is still not correct for an early SS eagle).

Here is my only example. You will notice that mine has been clipped around the beak, but the design is still the same. Hopefully, others can find more examples to share here.

Here is a comparison where I have cropped around the beak of the eagle to show what it would look like. The eye is very unique to this reproduction.

Also, note the sharp angle of the wing tip.

Furthermore, there is a common flaw on the oakleaves that I have not mentioned here before. They are not true CupAl.
