Lots of items used will not all be found if not for finds like this. The style is of the believable type. Can you show what else was in the lot?
I would say off some vehicle...for the type of keepers it has....but might be for some other use ....usually you would expect to see some markings....so for me I like it too....seems they would know what he told them as to what it was on when it was found.
