Hanns-Heinrich Lohmann SS-Ehrenring

Hello people, I have aquiered myself this ring, and tomorrow I am going to the local goldsmith to see if it truely is silver.... on my own, I would say it is silver, as it have about the right weight of it.... Tho I can't find any silver stamp.

What is your thoughts on this ring?
The green and brown stuff on the ring is gone now after I tried to wear it - don't know what is was...
This is what the text in the ring says:

Instead of wasting your time by taking it to the goldsmith you might want to get your money back from the person who sold it to you.

The Lohmann ring is featured in one of Don Boyle's early books. Considering how much totenkopfrings cost, and depending on how much you paid, this could be tomorrow's classic. they pop up now and then, but I haven't seen one of these in a while.

yes the ss honor ring shown here named Lohmann is an early copy this name Lohmann and another one which was copied to death is named Ffitzer . i personily havnt seen either one of these fake ss honor rings around in a while but guess they pop up now and then . the Lohmann ring shows up in both don boyles early soft cover and hard cover book that i sell on my site militarynut . if any ones intrested in obtaining a copy book no problem you can also reach me at nanny1fl@aol.com thanks god bless andy militarynut

There are much better copies than this one. This is a very very poor copy not worth more than $50.00 at the most. I have seen the "Pfitzer" ring mentioned below and it is usually a much better 1st generation quality copy when found.

The only thing I have from Lohmann is a signed photo, but on the other hand it´s ORIGINAL, which this ring is NOT!
