Bruce Herman had this on his site for awhile before it vanished with no trace, never to be marked "sold".....it isn't even in his archives. I believe it's meant to be a tunic for the SS-Führingshauptamt. Not sure if the blank cuff-title is accurate for such a example, but the shoulder-boards are.

The tunic originally came from Relic's of the Reich, where many a rare upgraded tunic has surfaced from.
