OS Cap Insignia Evaluation

This overseas cap was offered to me by a non-member of this site. I didn't care for the cap itself, nor for the eagle, but waivered a bit on the TK patch. I just don't know enough about them to be at ease with my evaluation. I'm asking for opinions in what will be, I believe, " the final nail" in this deal.
