Well
this seller has never been popular with his honesty.
He sells really messed items claiming to be untouched. For money.
He has a lot of good items like insignia and WH tunics.
I bought from him some insignia - but i will never risk with such an expensive item from him. Just look the WH chin strap here.



I do not say is it good or bad - its just that i cannot trust that guy for such class of items.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought Weitze was a fairly trusted seller? Prices are high, but I generally thought he had a fairly good reputation with his items.

Thanks gents. I had this hat in hand at the SOS and nothing jumped out at me as far as being fake. The insignia are not original to the visor which makes the price still high IMO.

Wanting to get more feedback as to if it is truly original.

Hi Ian, that makes two of us.
Weitze is normally okay when it comes to wh and lw. When it comes to SS he is selling a lot of reproductions.
Dangerous to trust him!

I have poured over these forums for a few months now. Been collecting before it was cool and now isn't . You have just received the best advise available. I think you should buy it.
