Aluminum Assmann Skull

I had been looking for this skull for a number of years. A friend that I met at a show, several years ago, had one in his collection. At the last Tempe Show, he brought me the skull and told me it belongs in my collection. He could have hurt me on the value as he knows of its rarity. However, he just wanted a nice example of an original skull for his collection. His generosity andconsideration reminded me of what older collectors remember best of our collecting years. I am sure some of our more aggressive collectors would never understand his desire for something to be in the collection that makes a set more complete.

I too, looked for several years before finally finding one just a few years ago.
Mine is not quite as frosty on the front as Bob's, but this is my favorite skull, just because of the rarity alone. I've only seen pictures of two or three other examples in 14 years of searching.
