Hi, Is there a place at WAF where these SS number plates belong? It is a set and stamped "Florian Geyer".

For security reasons I can't believe they would put a unit ID on the licence plate. Surely that would defeat the whole purpose of the feldpost number system .... and yes I know all about unit cufftitles etc etc

I was wondering about that too...the stamp is usually just a eagle with feldpostnumber...GEHEIM!
I would post this topic in the vehicle section but to me looks doubtful...I've never seen that before...but yes vehicles did have unit stencils and uniform insignia could give away the unit also...but plates to my knowledge were less obvious!
