I am being offered this but it is not triangular, but rather almost square, with head slot in center. Is it something I should get? I am to see it in person today. What should I do?

Mostly the square ones are Swiss but I don't think they used this pattern. I should run as hard as I can or I would trade it, let's hear for other opinions.

Maybe a French cut for Indochine conflict (1945/54). French army used WSS and WH splinter camo to make her own tent (rectangular).

IT is a french one some were on the market in the late70s in france and the UK also seen in army splinter patt a mate of mine has a ss camo one french marked and dated 1956 i have also seen french style berets in the same ss camoComment
