SS Sleeve Eagles for Review

As most of you know, I'm not an SS collector, but recently, I have become interested in collecting SS item.

Anyway, I would like your thoughts on these two SS birds I just bought. I like them but additional opinions are welcome.

Very nice fine originals ....

These were mine and are 100% originals, they came from an estate with other very nice stuff and everything in mint/unissued condition (except the Buckle) and was collected right after the war. Here you can see everything and most of the items I still have.

I have no doubts that these tabs are original
but has anyone ever seen a period picture of them in wear? there are hot debates in other forums regarding these tabs so it would be nice to find a period picture for them
