Where's Himmler?

Hi! Himmler in his office at SS headquarters in the Hegewald bei Zhitomir (USSR), 1942. The photo does not finnisher bear! - its height is 37 cm.
Perhaps it's one of the Herse figurines

From the distance in teh photo I think it could stil be the finissher Bear> The piece next to it looks like a figurine or a peasant, or possibly something like a mother with child.

I don't think so. The left leg is forward and something on it's head (a plume?) is as high as the sword. Plus, I'm half-Finnlander so take my word for it.
