    Hi Gents,
need some opinions on this ring. Was found in a little box in a private house and the familily wants to know if real or not. If good they want to sell it.

Hi Sascha, from these pictures IMO it looks like a good one.
Overall construction and wear are believable, engraving is well made and in the way I would expect to see in a early ring.

Cast fake. See the "engraving". Greetings, daggers.

I'm always astonished when someone can say without any doubt answers like this.
Considering wear, storage, silver reaction, light dirty, and a lot of other aspects I would be happy to handle this ring and maybe buy it.

The skull appears to have be glued on (?????).

                    Hi Sascha,

Is it possible to take a well focused picture of the inner side of the ring corresponding at the back of the skull?

                    Thank you!

Pics are really really bad, as they have an angle of sight instead of direct focus to the detail.
Imo I see more good points than bad ones

Looks good to me. If you can please post a picture of area directly behind skull that would be great.
