    SS Latvian Handmade Tabs

Any opinions on these tabs? I am looking at purchasing these and the seller gave me permission to post them. There are many variations of these handmade Latvian tabs and I think these look good.

A picture of the reverse might help, but doubt there is any way to be sure about these. Unless there is rock solid provenance regarding these, all is conjecture,
( We now have the reverse.) They tell us nothing with certainty.

Yes there is a paper backing on them. There was another set with paper backing posted on the forum many years ago that I found using the search but the pictures are removed.

            Nah ....
They are not something I would want.
Save your money you know it makes sense
How much are they going for ?
            They could be anything ?
            Regards

That's a lot of cash for something that has no evidence of originality

Since these unofficial insignia were field made it is risky...as risky as Kriegsmarine metal U boat unit cap insignia...
If they were not dug up or did not come directly from a vet source I would pass!
                      Here's another set...(different shape too)

So I guess what's the major concern? There are a ton of photos showing different variations of handmade metal runes. You guys believe that these aren't one of them or that with handmade stuff it's just a gamble because some believe and some don't?

Nick the photos aren't working for me. Is there someway you can post them?

Nevermind I finally got the link to load. Different runes but looks like same base material.
