Looks like a dachau type to me (44).

Usually the fakers dont use SS insignia as it is expensive.....and might get more opinions on the whole tunic.

Better to pretend its an unused tunic as you dont have to age it either...

I didnt like the under collar as well and the lining but the wool seems OK to me
Its not HBT tunic but yes its HBT under collar

Under the collar construction is as it should be, all but repro hbt...perhaps this is one of ATF's Texled pieces? They had a pretty good italian wool, and having held several of his tunics in hand, he knows what he is doing.
