I bought this item a long time ago and I was lead to believe this is a Oberbayern shoulder strap.
As regarding to its originality who knows ???
Therefore I ask you in your honest opinion ...
Is it a yes or no ?

I don't know much about them David.The cypher looks good is this type of cypher which is worn on a black uniform on just one shoulder.?.

Umm..

I'm not expert.
Looks like very early SS-VT germania feldblous shoulder board, at least i guess..
But the metal cypher has to be worn on black Dienstrock, something weird.
Sorry for my poor knowledge..
