This isn't what I normally collect but it seemed like a good deal so I bought this nice capal Zimmerman skull. Great shape except it's missing one pin. Can anyone tell me how rare is a matching eagle and what should I expect to pay for a nice one with one or both pins. It would be nice to have a matched set.

Nice skull. A nice, matching eagle could cost a grand or more with both prongs. The eagle is a rare find now.

Thank for the reply on the value of a matching eagle. I have been searching a lot of dealers and most of them want a thousand or more for quality eagles. I might come across one at the SOS.
