          Hi,

similar to what was done by the Allies elsewhere.
Original copies are available in the belgian archives.

          See You

Is this a reference book, put out by the Belgian authorities, that helps identify, capture & try collaborators, that worked with the occupying German forces during the war?
I saw a date on there that I thought identified it as being issued on 31 March, 1945.

                Hi,

                yes exactly.
A few editions were done (at least March 31, 1945 and March 1, 1946) to help the belgian military police, police and law enforcement units to identify the wanted collaborators (Waffen-SS, german military and police units, political movements).
Belgian and foreign people are listed (of course including Sipo-SD german officers).

First volume has the names from A to K, second volume from L to Z.
Each volume has around +400 pages. Selected pictures are included.
The introduction texts are in french and flemish/dutch.

If i'm right all the Allies did the same and had their own "most wanted" lists.
I need to investigate if similar listings were done by the Frenchs, because with dozen of thousand of potential collaborators it was probably hard to list everyone (many examples told me that the french counter intelligence service had (almost) complete listing of SS/LVF/special forces/Sipo-SD/other units/political movements volunteers).

One "war criminal" listing in English/German was proposed on HH61 in May 2011.

                  Hi,

please find the picture of the 1946 updated edition (which includes an additional notice).

The Volume 1 of the 1945 edition sold for 125 GBP without fees, too expensive in my opinion.
