I seek a Verbandkasten photo to see what there is normally inside.

Unable to see the photos of your verbandkasten. The jury is still out on these, as no one has yet located any good evidence, either photographic or documentary to prove they did exist during the Third Reich. Search the forum for SS verbandkasten threads and you will see there have been various examples found.
