I found this skull and was wondering if it is a good one?
And what would be the value, since it is not my area of collecting i would like
to put it up on estand.

Nope, a well-known embroidered fake of the BeVo style skull.

These were also embroidered onto green or black wool, simulating a cut-off piece ... I have both somewhere.
