Who knows if it is complete new tailored or not.
I am very impressed about the knowledge people can tell based on photos of tunics and skull collar tabs.
Propably a kind of new shift in the hobby.

In general I totally agree.

When it comes to original SS tunics about at least 95% of them out there are more or less post war rebadged. Based on this assumption, you can be almost certain it is the case with this tunic as well (the dealer is right in his description not to claim otherwise). Nonetheless, all parts appear indeed original.
