The top pockets seem a long way apart ... all the insignia look fine to me though.

Indeed, that is just because of the size...

Value should be sum of the eagle and jacket...

Looks very odd...the collar shape and chest pockets position...The insignia used is fine of course!
Maybe its foreign tailored? SD/Gestapo operated mostly outside of the Reich in the occupied territories...
Definately for a big guy, so that can also explain why it looks out of proportion...Combination of the two?
