Really Ian .....
Well I am surprised especially with a elongated swastika like that
A very thin wreath and odd looking beak.
I still don't think this isnt right ...
Not what I am used to seeing ...

Eagle is original, no questions, and probably original to the Fez as well. Its sewn on in the typical way for a Fez. Skull is bad as said by others...
