The fronts look good _though maybe repainted- and perhaps as Assmann made tropical shields for the Heer then perhaps these are JFS made shileds mounted on Assmann cards or that Assmann made a set for trial purposes but did not go into full production. I am not sure if JFS shields with flat prongs are good, though the Assmann shields for the Heer do have them.

Probably worth buying them and seeing what they are like in the hand, and if bad you would have the right to send them back for a refund.
