    Do these boards and or cypher have any chance of being good?

    In my opinion both the boards and ciphers are reproductions.

        Boards and cyphers are not period-originals.

          Such configuration of the pip and the tress is wrong too. With a pip on a shoulder board the tress should go along all edges
