New RbnR number???

Good day gentlemen and collectors,

I have a new RB number I'm looking to identify.
The number 0/0250/0017 or possible the last 4 being 0012

It is on a feltmutze dated 1944 (size) 58.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the middle 4 numbers, "0250" designate that it was made in Berlin.

Yes, I have seen the /0250/ and understand it to be Berlin manufacture, but the /0017 is bothering me as I've seen the last four digits be /0017 on other items but not with the /0250/ sequence. But thank you for your knowledge.
