    That's it
The under collar sewing gives it away as a wrapper.
    And the back

    Nice spot Fritz
    U the man.

Fritz - and anyone else - will be my man if he/they can give doubtless evidence to their claim that this SS camo piece is being made postwar.

      Won´t happen.

        Just stop.
You are out of your depth when dealing with ss camouflage cloth.
        Time to move on.

Fritz is the man and he's 100% right.

Focus on the piece - and on nothing else!

We did and it's been nailed.
You are focusing on some private beef so please move on.

Still no evidence that this SS camo piece is being made postwar.

I have owned one just like this made post war.
I have seen others in other ss Cammo patterns.
I have seen the same cut made in WL splinter.
I have seen the same cut made in WH water pattern.
I have seen the same cut made in Italian pattern.
There are sofa covers made form ss Cammo.
There are curtains made from ss Cammo.
There are as we have seen this week brief cases made from ss Cammo.
There are backpacks like the one made from ss Cammo on German eBay past week.
There are duffle bags made from ss Cammo.
There are women's dresses made from post war Cammo.
There is kids clothing made from ss Cammo.
There are kids stuffed toys made from ss Cammo.
There are men's work trousers made from ss Cammo.
There are men's work pants with ss Cammo interiors.

SS Cammo was just like denim after the war.
Used for everything by anyone who needed hard wearing fabric.

                Pretty simple.

Let's not forget the other country's who used German fabric to cloth their army.
That a whole can of worms in its self.

Thank you - we could probably add more possible postwar usage of SS camo to your list.

Does it change anything in regards to this specific piece here?

                  No.

                    Ok wooden plate collector.....
Please in your best SS manufactured garment tone of voice let's see why this is a issued piece of post war used civilian cut clothing that may have been used to deliver a pint of mild on a cold doorstep in 1946.

That kind of arrogant tongue of yours does not help you proving your point, either.

Just stick to the piece and to the known facts - then we actually have a win-win situation.

I am acting just the way you post.
                        It's gets old doesn't it.

Let's see your proof it was camp made and issued.

                          Yes - it does.

You are not able to give doubtless evidence for your claim that this specific SS camo piece is being made postwar and that´s it.

Then you are not reading what I have said.
It's a know post war work cut that encompasses almost every wartime pattern.

What more do you want ?

A UFO to transport you back in time to a factory making them in 1946 ?

I suspect then you would complain it was the wrong month in 1946 because the Japanese still had holdouts fighting on Okinawa.

I want evidence for your postwar production theory which you cannot provide.
