I need help on this picture which I don't know where it comes from. There is no writing on the back.
After digitizing it, I discovered that the SS officer wears the Blutorden, unfortunately his rank isn't visible, same for his cuff title.
I'm absolutely not familiar with the other black uniforms weared by a few men. They look a bit like the SS uniform weared in Norway.
It looks like they also wear cuff title but the picture isn't good enough to zoom on them. The first guy on the left seems to have a ss eagle on his cap.
Next to the Politischer Leiter someone wears another foreign uniform in my opinion, but I can't identify it either.
