I can buy the SS sleeve armband. According to the seller it is 1000% Original.
What is your opinion and what would be the value ??

No, not in my opinion. Kamfbinde are common and unquestioned originals go for much less than that.

$500 for the wool armbands is about ballpark, with a cloth or paper RZM tag being gravy.
Cotton go $200-$250 & remember that some people don't like the cotton ones. They are definitely harder to move down the line, should you decide to upgrade to the wool.
