I agree with Stosstruppe - IMO, it's pretending to be a Dachau tab, but the jaw, eyes, and nose are not correct, and, IMO, they probably lacked the proper buckrum as well. The Dachau tabs are expensive like all SS, but cost-wise, they're basically "entry-level" in SS collecting, so I'd advise to purchase a textbook one. They're not that scarce.
